Yes, we guarantee that every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic. We purchase full-sized bottles directly from authorized retailers and reputable distributors, then carefully decant them into smaller spray vials.
How do you decant the perfume?
We use sterile medical-grade syringes or specialized decanting tools to transfer the liquid from the original bottle into our custom glass atomizers, ensuring the scent is never contaminated or altered.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return a sample if I don't like the scent?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for fragrances based on personal scent preference. We recommend starting with a smaller size if you are unsure.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your glass vial arrives broken or leaking, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
