At Scent Split, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance discovery, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused full-sized bottles. Please note that due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, hand-decanted samples and travel sprays are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened fragrance bottle in its original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit, as items damaged due to poor packing cannot be refunded.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your shipping label and send the package back to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item to ensure the seal is intact, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
